- 8 ounces of cold, fresh almond milk (if you use a store bought brand, make sure it doesn’t contain refined sugar or carrageenan)
- 1-2 tablespoons organic, raw maca root powder
- 1-2 tablespoons organic, raw cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon of the sweetener of your choice (optional)
- Want to make it green? 1-2 tablespoons moringa, chlorella, spirulina, or wheatgrass powder (optional)
- Combine ingredients in a blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds.
- Drink up!
CAUTION: Maca root should never be consumed on an empty stomach.
